Democrats Argue That Primary Rigging Is Protected By The First Amendment

The ongoing litigation of the DNC Fraud Lawsuit and the appeal regarding its dismissal took a stunning turn [Friday]. The defendants in the case, including the DNC and former DNC Chairwoman Debbie Wasserman Schultz, filed a response brief that left many observers of the case at a loss for words.

The document, provided by the law offices of the Attorneys for the Plaintiffs in the case, Jared and Elizabeth Beck, and appears to argue that if the Democratic Party did cheat Sanders in the 2016 Presidential primary race, then that action was protected under the first amendment.

This doesn't surprise me.

The "Democratic" Party is a criminal organization. 

Hillary's people cheated in the 2016 Iowa Caucus, that's for certain, and I always thought that Bernie Sanders was in on the whole scam just to make Hillary look "centrist".

It wouldn't surprise me if the Democrat Libtards running Iowa's big city schools, school districts, police & sheriff departments, county attorneys, and the IAG all have a policy of not reporting student crimes in order to keep the student conviction rate artificially low.  Anything to keep the criminal kids in school and that tax money flowing.

Just like Broward County schools, district, and Sheriff's department did with that high school that got shot up recently.  How many times did the cops get called on Nikolas Cruz?  A lot.  How many times did school officials do nothing over the years?  Likely a ton more.

You know that a lot of "kids" arrested for increasingly major crimes as teenagers either don't get charged, take probationary deals, and use the revolving door of the parasitic Welfare-Industrial Complex that's set up to enrich activist libtard lawyers and socialist workers whose livelihood depends on a certain amount of criminality, all paid for by your tax dollars.  The same tax dollars that pay for the psychotropic drugs pumped into kids that pay for advertising in those papers and on the TV stations owned by the papers' parent companies.

Don't expect the corrupt corporate media to look into this.  Those "reporters" are all bleeding heart Commies who worship the religion of Leftist government and can't wait to take guns away from all the people who didn't do it - and by force, if necessary!

This time, Lujayn and others were ditching school on Monday, going to downtown Iowa City, chanting, and blaming the NRA for the latest school shooting.

Tell me, Lujayn and others.  Even if you got the 2nd Amendment removed, or guns "banned", how are you going to get the guns?  Are you going to trample on the 1st Amendment if we express dissent with your views?  Are you going to trample on the 3rd, 4th, 5th, and 9th Amendments in order to achieve your goal of confiscation?

That wouldn't happen because Civil War would break out.

Everybody knows that the Hillary Clinton campaign engaged in fraud with the Iowa Caucus.  You won't hear that from Bob Becker.  You definitely won't hear that from Matt Paul.  Go ahead and quote them anyway.

Driving around any part of the state in late 2015 and early 2016, you'd see hundreds of Bernie signs before you saw a single Hillary sign.  So how did Hillary Clinton win?  Fraud, of course.
